Bike Ride

Yesterday, I dusted off the old bike. I had to do some minor adjustments, but I took a quick ride down the street and back and all seemed well. So, I hooked up the bike trailer and took Micah along for my first trip out in a long time. It was hot. He was heavy. I rode 2 miles in 10 minutes. That was enough.

Today, I rode again. 6.25 miles
